where Henry Hub Natural Gas contracts are traded.
Fatima Bintah Bello-Ismail
Vice Chairman
Background:
Fatimah Bintah Bello-Ismail is a lawyer by training. Most recently served as a Council Member
of the Nigerian Stock Exchange 2017-2021. Also served as a pioneer Director of the Nigerian Exchange
Group the non-operating Holding Company, retired in 2023

Charles O. Nwankwo BS.BA., PhD., KSM

Dr. Charles Nwankwo is an astute entrepreneur in the Nigerian Energy investment and
production industry with 25years+ field experience that cuts across Oil & Gas drilling, Solid minerals mining
construction, advanced Gas trading, investment and research. Charles is currently, the Chairman of
Wellsmart Drilling Nigeria Ltd- a foremost Indigenous land drilling company in excess of 45 oil & gas wells
successfully drilled in remote challenging terrains.

Anuoluwa Olajide, CFA
Director – Representing Lawrem Capital
Background:
Anuoluwa is a seasoned professional with significant experience in Investment Banking,
Portfolio Management, Private Equity, and Consulting. He is a Strategy Consultant with the Boston
Consulting Group (BCG) and formerly led the Energy and Natural Resources practice at KPMG Nigeria
Deal Advisory. Also, he led the corporate finance and deal advisory team of a major commercial bank in
Nigeria. Anuoluwa is a CFA charterholder and earned certification in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute
and Certification in Financing and Investing in Infrastructure. Anuoluwa is passionate about helping to
unlock the growth and the potential of Africa.

Albert A Achegbulu
Director - Representing Proserve Energy
Background:
Lawyer with a diversified background and experience in advocacy, legal advisory and regulatory compliance
services horned from almost two decades of rendering corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance
services to both private and public sector players with active advocacy exposure at lower and appellate courts
in Nigeria.
Albert is currently the head of chambers of Ciena Consulting, a regulatory and compliance firm and also the
external Company Secretary and legal adviser of Proserve Energy Services Limited. He is an active member
of the Nigerian Bar Association where he has served as the member of the Unity Bar Committee on the
Corporate Affairs Commission and also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

• Part of the legal team that provided legal advisory for negotiating of a tripartite Power Purchase
Agreement and Concession Agreement for a hybrid solar power generation under a PPP arrangement
Project for the Federal Ministry of Power including the review and negotiation of contract for
construction of a 450kW Solar power system for Phase 1 of Federal Ministry of Finance in Abuja;
• Provided legal advisory services for applicants for processing and obtaining of several captive Power
Generation licences for Off-grid electricity generation across Nigeria and also procured Transformer
Importation Permits from NERC;
• Provided legal Due Diligence on key License Applicants personnel for NERC on several On-grid
generation, distribution and off-grid applicants and licensee personnel including due diligence on

Services Limited. He is a Chartered Engineer, with over 30 years of experience in the energy and
infrastructure sectors. Dr. Ibrahim is leading the company in the nascent renewable energy industry.
An area of special interest for Abba is clean energy transition with focus on natural gas as the transition fuel
of choice in Nigeria.

Hadiza Yusuf-Coomassie
Company Secretary
Background:
Ms. Hadiza is a Lawyer by training and a pioneer staff of the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas
(NLNG) Company where she worked for 15 years on secondment. She rose through the ranks to the
position of the Group Legal Adviser/Company Secretary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
With the transition of the NNPCL, Hadiza was appointed the Company Secretary on 20th January 2022 and
retired in April 2022 after a meritorious service in the oil and gas industry spanning 35 years.
